FURTHER DETAILS:
- 3 days per week. If these sessions are too fatiguing, the trainee should choose the four day per week version (coming soon).

- Runs best on a calorie surplus to add mass, but can be run on a calorie deficit for weight loss.

REQUIREMENTS:
- requires a Google account (the program runs on Google Sheets).
- access to a barbell, squat rack, bench, weights (including 1.25kg plates or 2.5lbs plates), cable machine, chin up bar.
- The trainee MUST read the instructions before entering their first weights. This will help avoid early plateaus.
